How come there are no aircraft carriers with outrigger, like outrigger canoes?
Having outriggers mean better balance.
With 3 hulls, even if one is damaged you have two more.
Means you have 3 runways instead of only one.

I don’t think there is a need. One of the things that make aircraft carriers so invincible is that aircraft can be deployed to fight incoming jets/bombers that could harm the carrier. And they generally stay far away from hostile zones anyway.

With the size of the superstructure of the hull, it isn’t feasible. And the theory of having 3 runways wouldn’t work. You have to be able to get the aircraft from the hanger below deck to the runway. An aircraft carrier is roughly a 1/4 mile long and really doesn’t need an outrigger system anyway with the way the hull is designed.

Keeping in view its size; balancing is not the problem of an air craft carrier or any other big size ship like that.
As far as the number of runways are concerned you can build as much as you can by increasing the size of the ship.
With the availability of ultra modern technology the repair of a damaged runway of an aircraft carrier is no more a big problem.

Aircraft carriers are built to be stable. There is more to them than you can see. There is more underwater than above, hence making a stable craft. No outriggers needed.

Outriggers would just about eliminate what manuverability they have, add drag (less speed), and deny them the use of a dry dock.
Carriers can launch four aircraft almost simultaneously: two from the forward cat, and two from the angle cats.

Having deployed 6 times on US carriers… stability is NOT a factor ! I have ridden through sea states of 6 & 7 and barely felt it (especially since I’ve done 4 deployments on cruisers and frigates).
As to your "3 hulls are better than one" theory… we’d have to redesign every port, rebuild the dry-docks, and probably scratch a number of "visit" ports off the list.
Come up with a sound design and talk to the Pentagon, Lockheed, or Newport News.
