Sea kayaking is not …
Sea kayaking is not as dangerous as you say in the video description. Lies. Not experts.
You hip snap every …
You hip snap every time you do a roll. Here is how to practice. In the pool, flip over next to the edge, and hold the edge with both hands. Head should be barely underwater, and the hull completely flipped. Without using your hands too much, snap the hull upright, then with a light push off the wall, get your body out. The head comes out last. MINIMIZE the force used by your hands. Practice until it feels natural to come up this way (20 times-ish). With a good hip snap, you don’t need a paddle!
